March
3/1 – vs. Madonna – 3:00 p.m. – Dow Diamond
3/2 – vs. Saginaw Valley State – 3:00 p.m. – Dow Diamond
3/3 – vs. Northwood – 1:00 p.m. – Dow Diamond

Game times and locations

The SVSU baseball schedule for the upcoming season is now available. The Cardinals will play a 56-game regular season with 28 games at home and 28 on the road. The schedule features 24 conference games and 32 non-conference games. Cardinal fans can look forward to home games against in-state rivals Michigan State Central Michigan Eastern Michigan Oakland, and Wayne State as well as out-of-state foes Pittsburgh, Tennessee Tech Wright State and Youngstown State

Game 1: vs. Northwood

The baseball team will play Northwood University on February 28th at 3:00 pm. The game will be held at Northwood University.

Game 2: vs. Saginaw Valley State

The second game of the season will be against Saginaw Valley State on February 23rd at 3:00 PM. The game will be played at Saginaw Valley State

Game 3: vs. Grand Valley State

The third game of the season is away against Grand Valley State The game will be at 3:00pm on February 25th. The team will then return home for their fourth game against Northern Michigan.

Game 4: vs. Madonna

The Cardinals take on the Madonna Crusaders in game four of their season. The Crusaders are currently 3-0, with their last game being a victory against Siena Heights. Madonna is led by senior pitcher, A.J. Ziggy, who has yet to surrender a run this season. The game will be taking place at Madonna’s home field, located at 1234 Main Street, Livonia, MI 48150. The game is set to start at 1:00 PM EST on Tuesday, April 3rd.

Game 5: vs. Wayne State

The SVSU Baseball Team B) will face Wayne State in their last Home game of the season on Friday, May 10th at 2:00pm. The game will be held at compelling Field located on the campus of SVSU. This will also be Senior day, so come out and support your Cardinals as they honored their graduating seniors.

Game 6: vs. Oakland

In game six, the Cardinals will take on Oakland at home. The game is scheduled to start at 3:00 p.m.

Game 7: vs. Davenport

Davenport will be the final opponent of the regular season for the Cardinals. The game is set to take place on Tuesday, May 14th at 3:00pm at Davenport’s home field.

Game 8: vs. Aquinas

The SVSU baseball team will take on Aquinas in game eight of the season. The game will be played at on March 8th at 3:00 pm at the Aquinas Field.
