Get to know the Parkland baseball Roster for the 2020 season. These are the men that will be representing Parkland College on the field this year.

Introduction

The Parkland baseball team is composed of student-athletes who are committed to their studies and their sport. Get to know the roster below:

Player 1: Andrew McCutchen Outfielder
Andrew McCutchen is a five-tool player who has been an All-Star six times. He was the NL MVP in 2013 and is a Gold Glove winner. He currently plays for the Philadelphia Phillies

Player 2: Buster Posey Catcher
Buster Posey is a five-time All-Star and three-time World Series champion. He was the NL MVP in 2012 and is a Gold Glove winner He currently plays for the San Francisco Giants

The Infield

The infield is the part of the baseball diamond that contains the four bases, and it is also where most of the action takes place. The infielders are the players who play on these bases, and they are typically some of the best athletes on the team.

The first baseman is typically the largest player on the team, and he is responsible for catching balls that are hit to him and then throwing them to another player to get them out. The second baseman is responsible for catching balls that are hit between first and second base, and he also has to turn double plays. The shortstop is responsible for catching balls that are hit between second and third base, and he also has to turn double plays. The third baseman is responsible for catching balls that are hit between third base and home plate and he also has to make sure that runners do not advance too far on base.

The Outfield

The outfield is one of the most important parts of the baseball field The players in the outfield are responsible for catching fly balls and keeping the ball from going over the fence. They also hit the ball when it is their turn at bat.

There are three players in the outfield: the Left fielder center fielder, and right fielder. Each player has a different responsibility on the field.

The left fielder is responsible for catching fly balls that are hit to the left side of the field. They also hit the ball when it is their turn at bat.

The center fielder is responsible for catching fly balls that are hit to center field. They also hit the ball when it is their turn at bat.

The right fielder is responsible for catching fly balls that are hit to right field. They also hit the ball when it is their turn at bat.

The Catchers

The Catchers are an important part of the Parkland Baseball Team They play a vital role in both defense and offense, and are responsible for leading the team on the field. Parker Sandahl
Parker is a senior catcher who has been with the team for four years. He is a strong leader on and off the field, and is known for his quick reflexes and powerful arm. Parker is also an excellent hitter, and has helped the team to many victories over the years.

Tyler Hunt
Tyler is a junior catcher who has been with the team for two years. He is a gifted athlete with natural talent for baseball. Tyler is known for his calm demeanor on the field, which helps to keep his teammates focused during games. He is also an excellent hitter, and often comes up with big hits when the team needs them most.

Isaac Johnson
Isaac is a sophomore catcher who just joined the team this year. He is still learning all there is to know about baseball, but he has already shown himself to be a quick learner with natural talent for the sport. Isaac is still developing his skills as a catcher, but he has already proven to be a valuable member of the team.

The Coaches

The Parkland baseball team is coached by Mike Batesole and assisted by pitching coach Steve Rousey.

The farm system is the term used to describe the minor league affiliates of a Major League Baseball team. A team’s farm system is made up of several levels of Minor League teams, with each level providing a higher level of competition than the one before it. Players typically move up through the farm system as they develop their skills and become ready for the challenges of playing at the Major League level.
